Wesley "Andy" Lombardo is a technology leader and educator with extensive experience in K-12 edtech. He has served as Director of Technology of a local school district since 2017. In this role, he oversees the IT department for a school district supporting roughly 6500 users and 8000 computing devices. He serves as the primary administrator for M365, Security and Compliance, IAM, SSO, content filtering, asset management systems, and incident response. Andy holds a B.S. in Information Assurance, an M.S. in Cybersecurity, as well as an B.A. in English and M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction. Additionally, he holds multiple certifications related to cybersecurity, including the CISSP credential, CASP+, PenTest+, and Microsoft SC-900 certifications. In addition to his professional roles, Andy also maintains the EdTechIRL.com blog, co-hosts the Zero Breach Zone podcast (https://zerobreachzone.transistor.fm/), and serves as an advisor for the K12 security awareness provider Cybernut.
